Air Audit is Incomplete Without Monitoring of Air Flow and Energy Consumption

Monitoring and Mapping

It includes monitoring the energy consumption and running behavior of compressors under the existing control technique, mapping the air flow of the system relatively longer period of time i.e. for at least 7 – 14 days. it also includes the recommendations for implementation of monitoring plan of compressed air system.

Running Profile of Multiple-Compressor's System

Running patterns of multiple compressors in a common compressor room or at separate locations reveals a lot of information about system performance. Our Air audit team  captures these profiles by using multiple power analyzers and dataloggers deployed simultaneously.  This also help us to understand the capability of the system to react peak demand.  Air Audit team will also evaluate whether trim duty compressor is working properly?

Air Flow Mapping

Our audit team will measure the air flow at different locations of facility for extended period of time. This gives very useful information about the air consumption of different sections/departments at different peak and off-peak times. This will help us in decision making process in case of capacity enhancement of the compressed air system.
